How it works

Brewline CRM does one job: it reads the text you paste and returns the CRM answer you asked for. Here is the whole loop, in the order it happens.
The loop
From pasted notes to an answer.
- You paste what the call left behindThe notes you typed during the call, the email thread that followed, or the transcript the meeting tool produced. Text only: the assistant cannot open a file, read an image or look anything up on the web.
- You choose one of the four tasksClean CRM record, follow-up draft, pipeline summary or next step. Each task does one fixed job, so the answer you get back is the shape you picked before you pasted.
- The assistant reads only that textThere is no memory between answers. Each answer works from the text pasted in that one request, which is why the same notes twice can come back with the same shape but not the same wording.
- You read the answer and copy what you needA record comes back as contact, company, activity summary and next step. A draft comes back as a message. A summary states the stage and the risk. A next step comes back as one action.
- Nothing is kept after you leaveThe pasted notes and the answer stay on the page while you are working. The product keeps no history of pasted notes or answers between visits, so the next visit starts clean.

What arrives
Text you can read and copy.
Every answer is plain text on the page. Copy it into your CRM, paste it into an email, or read it out on the next call. There is nothing to download and nothing to connect.
- You paste, you choose, you read. There is no setup, no connector and no sync.
- Nothing is written back into HubSpot, Salesforce or any other system.
- No pasted notes or answers are stored between visits.
